Greatly enjoyed the apartment with Jacuzzi cool tub, coffee plus a massive bathroom I was given.

Peaceful and spotlessly clean place, efficient and extremely friendly staff at the receptionist. Well-organised and reasonably large units with a lovely view over the pool. Super big bedroom, reasonably large separate bathroom, great pool.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with spacious bathroom, an outside patio and a balcony was not a problem. The breakfast is large, offered with all types diet, omelettes and all tastes-out girls.

We will be back and recommend this place to all, loved it. The breakfast is large and light served with all tastes-out girls loved going to the train and different « food, as for instance.

The room is big size and there are good views of the lake. It has very kind staff team at the receptionist.

Loved our stay at the hotel and recommend it to all. Thank you all for a quite comfortable stay for a nice vacation. Our accommodation was set in a central location right by restaurant, Spain and the nature reserve. There was a grill restaurant nearby. The breakfast was large and light for all tastes and the staff were fairly friendly!

Everything was good, including efficient and amicable staff at the receptionist. The breakfast was rich with carb friendly options and all tastes-out girls loved going to the train, for example, and the restaurant was very large. The hotel was stylish and peaceful and in a central location. There were several restaurants and bars nearby. This place was ideal for a perfect stay, recommend.

our recent stay in playa de muro was even better than our last visit - prinsotel truly exceeded our expectations! the friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the lush grounds and beautiful pools created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. we can't wait to go back!

We are a family of five young children and found the facilities were very good for our family. It is a short walk to the beach. They had good pool access and the dining options were good. We didn't stay long enough to go on any tours but they could be arranged from the hotel.

Local shops were limited to mainly supermarkets. The walk was short to the beach but still we were not on the beach.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, kitchen was small but useful for preparing snacks. Staff were helpful. The outdoor pool was freezing (to be expected at this time of year) so we used the indoor one which was great.

The dinner buffet was average, I preferred the food from the poolside restaurant and it was reasonably priced.

Beautiful garden, friendly staff, nice music, comfortable beds, outdoor pools, great location.

The rooms were spotless, staff were friendly, and the pool facilities good and not too crowded or rowdy though it was the middle of August.

We would have preferred another bedroom in the apartment rather than having two people sleep in the lounge area. A bigger balcony and four chairs as the rooms can accommodate four people!

Beautiful building, marvellous and fab location right by the beach and sea, Alcudia Old Town and a nature reserve with lakes.
